Since early 2019 Wander Beyond have been reserving a limited number of their best brews, which they believe may develop further from a cold maturation period to allow the beers to evolve, deepen and grow in complexity and nuance, and thus their cellar-ageing programme was born. Wander Beyond have carefully selected four beers from their cellar-ageing programme to release this winter. Each beer has developed in it’s own unique way over the extended maturation period. Calm Before The Storm is a big breakfast stout packed with coffee and a hint of maple syrup. Brewed back in 2020, it has developed deeper chocolate notes and a satisfying smoothness.
