Refund policy
While breakages are not common they do sometimes happen.
We ask that you please contact us within seven working days after receipt by emailing photographic evidence to info@indiebeer.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement item or a refund.
You may also wish to return an item for another reason. We ask that you please contact us within seven working days of receipt to discuss this.
Gifts
If you received a gift and wish to return it then we ask that you do so through the original sender, as the item was purchased at their expense.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
Orders Placed Through Third-party Providers
