We Reuse Packaging

We ship our deliveries in re-used thick walled cardboard boxes and paper wrapping that we receive from our suppliers.

We do this to avoid wastage, but if you would prefer plain packaging please indicate this inn the comments section of your order.

Select 'pick up instore' at the checkout stage.

You have the option to select a collection date up to 7 days in the future, and we will confirm when your order is ready.

We have limited storage space so can't commit to store any items longer than 7 days.

Same Day Local Delivery:

Same-day local delivery is available Wednesday to Sunday, for orders placed before 11 am *

Local Delivery is free for orders over £75 to the following postcodes - N1, N4, N5, N7, and N19.

We send orders with Stuart last mile delivery service, and will contact you before we send you order.

Next Day Courier Delivery

Orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri will be shipped on the same day, every day except Tuesdays.

Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

We send parcels with DPD and APC to most of the UK, and with Parcel Force to some of the furthest away locations.

You will receive tracking information by email, and can rearrange deliveries' directly with the courier company.

If for any reason your order does not arrive after a few days and you have not been given an update then please get in touch with us.
