We Reuse Packaging

We ship our deliveries in re-used thick walled cardboard boxes and paper wrapping that we receive from our suppliers.

We do this to avoid wastage, but if you would prefer plain packaging please indicate this inn the comments section of your order.

Click & Collect

Select 'pick up instore' at the checkout stage.

You have the option to select a collection date up to 7 days in the future, and we will confirm when your order is ready.

We have limited storage space so can't commit to store any items longer than 7 days.

Same Day Local Delivery:

We deliver every day from Wednesday to Sunday.

Orders placed before 11 am will be delivered on the same day.

Local Delivery is free for orders over £40 to the following postcodes - N7, N1, N4, N5, N6, N8, N19, NW5 and NW1 (this side of Regents Park).

We aim to complete all deliveries by 6pm.

Next Day Courier Delivery

We dispatch orders every weekday except Tuesday.

Orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched on the same day, except Tuesdays.

Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders for delivery within greater London are sent with Packfleet, who deliver from Monday to Saturday. You can track your order by clicking here

Orders for delivery outside of London will be sent with APC most of the time, and via DPD for further away locations. Both deliver Monday to Friday.

Couriers will send you tracking information by email after your parcel has been collected from us. You can rearrange your delivery directly with the courier company. If for any reason your order does not arrive after a few days and you have not been given an update then please get in touch with us.

£7.95 for deliveries under £70

Additional charges automatically apply for the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. Please note delivery to these locations can take up to a week.
