Displaying a stunning amber-orange glow in the glass, this old-vine orange wine delivers an array of dried apricot, orange peel, and orange blossom aromas. The palate is deeply layered and textural, where rich stone fruit and citrus zest meet a gentle structural spice, refreshing acidity, and a subtle tannic skin grip. Hand-harvested grapes are cold-soaked before fermenting with their skins via ambient yeasts in steel tanks, followed by a full month of post-fermentation skin maceration and two months of concrete lee aging
