The Kernels Witbier is based on the Belgian style. In addition to wheat and oats in the mash, they've used Indian Coriander and dried Orange Peel from friends at Spice Mountain and some fresh Italian Orange Peel from Spa Terminus Greengrocer hand peeled by Jonah. Finally, a light Amarillo dip-hop to round out the flavours.

The beer is both intense and refined, it smells particularly aromatic, the coriander and orange peel come through strong, with sweeter notes from the wheat the yeast character. But, once in your mouth, those bolder smells seem more humble & harmonious. The beer's lighter, spritzy carbonation enhances the experience. Of course there are hints of bitter orange and coriander seeds, mineral flavours and earthy tones float by. It's both soft and bright, delicate yet decisive, sippable yet smashable.
