Quantum Trinity from Quantum is a truly fun wine being, as Florian likes to call it, the best of the rest. It is a blend of everything: field blends, white wines, red wines etc…
It looks and tastes like a rosé with fresh notes of lime and pomegranate, lovely minerality plus a smoky aftertaste. On the nose, you can detect some delicious strawberry and ripe sour cherry aromas.
