The full-bodied mid-palate is dominated by freshly baked rye bread with a pleasant roasted edge. The long, lingering aftertaste is defined by whisky character, a gentle alcoholic warmth, and a raisiny sweetness that stays on the palate for quite some time. This rich and elegant beer has excellent potential to continue maturing and developing beautifully in the cellar.

The aroma is big and complex. The first impression is dark toffee, followed by a hint of vanilla. As the beer opens up in the glass and breathes, a bold and lush whisky note emerges. In the background, there’s the comforting scent of freshly baked rye bread straight from the oven.
