The wine rests on its lees in the bottle for a full year before being hand-disgorged, resulting in a clean yet characterful finish.

Mersel Wine, founded by Eddie Chami, is dedicated to reviving Lebanon’s ancient viticultural heritage using indigenous grape varieties and high-altitude terroirs.
