Lager is a challenge in Nolo, Mash Gang have fought hard to bring complexity to the brew whilst maintaining subtlety and crispness. This beer converts jaded craft beer nerds to Lager. Using Styrian wolf and Nelson Sauvin hops, then conditioning for a long time on white oak, we add layers of complexity on top of an American pilsner base.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
