This is a delightful and refreshing clean red, best served chilled. It boasts bright, rich berry and dark fruit flavors, with a fruit-forward profile. Light acidity complements soft tannins in this enjoyable wine.

Laura Aillaud is a former Sommelier who decided to pursue her interest in wine even further. After competing her training and spending three years as an apprentice alongside natural wine producer Jean-Christophe Comor, she returned to her native area of Luberon – a stretch of hilly vineyards between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence in the southern Rhône to set up on her own. Starting out in 2017 Laura now farms 5 hectares of lovingly restored vines with a selection of local grape varieties.

Lauras low intervention farming practices, such as using animal traction and ensuring that the area surrounding the vines is naturally grassed to maintain freshness, all combine to mean that Lauras wines are a rich reflection of the terroir.
