Jester King Sponzee Day is coming to the UK, and we are pouring one of only twelve kegs in the UK of the 2023 Spon release!

 

This beer generally doesn't leave Texas in keg so we are very, very, excited! Short of one day visiting the JK brewery in Austin, Texas, this event literally is a dream come true.  

 

The annual Spon release is made up of a blend of 3 different years barrel-aged spontaneously fermented beers, and is considered by many to be the gold standard of Geuze. 

 

But that's not all, because as well as the Spon we will have 3 other Jester King beers on draught,
1️⃣ Spon 2023 - blend of 3 different years of barrel-aged spontaneously fermented ale (5% ABV)
2️⃣ Doomforge - Imperial Coffee Stout (9.3%)
3️⃣ 100 Degrees - Lemonpeel & Ginger Farmhouse Ale (4.7%)
4️⃣ Hazy IPA - kegged this month, more details to follow

PLUS! We have a magnum (2 x wine bottles) of Spon 2017 in our cellar that we are going to bring out!!
👌 This beer is obviously even rarer and we have a very small volume, so we will be pouring it in 150ml servings

We've also "found" a few other rare bottles, as well as some new releases, so there will be plenty of JK beers to enjoy and take home:-)

 

We appreciate that imported one-off beers such as this can be expensive, so to provide you with a saving vs. the price on the night, and to avoid missing out, we are giving you the option of pre-purchasing some of the drinks

 

No worries if you prefer not to pre-order.  You do not need a ticket to come.  You can just rock up on the night.  Everyone is welcome:-)
