Le Petit Prince Farmhouse Table Beer was first brewed in 2012, and once or twice per year since then. Originally inspired by Brasserie Dupont's table beer called Avril. Jester King aimed sought to make a low-alcohol beer that's dry, drinkable, refreshing, crisp, hoppy with a little bit of beguiling yeast character that only wild fermentation with native yeast can create. A beer that is true to Jester Kings core philosophy of beer making.

The recipe is well water from the Trinity Aquifer, Texas-grown malted barley and wheat, a blend of organic Perle and Fuggle hops from The Oregon Hophouse (both kettle and dry hops), and natural fermentation with native yeast. It's got a crisp hoppiness, herbal bitterness, and low-alcohol dryness.
