Collab with Homeland Brewery!
BA Flanders Red with Blueberries, Blackberries and Tayberries

Brewed in collaboration with Holy Goat's pals at Homeland Brewery (Amsterdam), this Flanders Red-inspired sour is a blend of 80% young stock beer, aged in stainless steel for three months, and 20% mature stock beer, aged in whisky casks for an average of one year. The blend was refermented and conditioned on 220g/L of blueberries, blackberries and tayberries. The result is a complex, fragrant sour with layers of fruit jam, balsamic cherry and oak. Drink young or age, this will get weirder. Artwork by James Scanlan.

Ingredients (allergens in bold): Water, Barley (Gluten), Blueberries, Blackberries, Tayberries, Rye (Gluten), Hops, Yeast.
