This wine is produced by fermenting white grapes on their skins for several weeks, resulting in its distinct amber hue and a gently tannic mouthfeel. It offers complex layers of dried apricot, ginger, and citrus peel, backed by a subtle oxidised character.

Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is situated at the historic crossroads of the Clape, Minervois, and Corbières terroirs in the Aude region. Since 1999, Lionel and Cathy Boutié have championed chemical-free farming, transitioning the 50-hectare estate to full organic and biodynamic practices.

Inspired by lunar cycles, the Lune collection expresses their biodynamic philosophy. These elegant and balanced wines are produced in harmony with natural rhythms, offering unique and environmentally conscious vintages.

Working with ancient alluvial soils and the cooling influence of the Mediterranean winds, the estate produces wines that emphasise purity and terroir. Every bottle is crafted with minimal intervention, using native yeasts and avoiding synthetic additives to ensure the energy of the vineyard is reflected in the glass.
