This expressive white is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for 12 months, creating a rounded and supple texture without the use of oak. It is fermented with native yeasts and bottled without filtration or added sulphites to preserve the pure, vibrant character of the fruit.

Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is situated at the historic crossroads of the Clape, Minervois, and Corbières terroirs in the Aude region.

The estate has been in the Boutié family since 1999, when Lionel Boutié took the bold step of converting the entire 50-hectare vineyard to organic methods, later progressing to full biodynamic farming. The vines thrive in ancient alluvial soils near Narbonne, where the Mediterranean breeze helps maintain the health and purity of the fruit.
