Mobylette 2022 is named after the petrol used in old-school French motorbikes, a big hobby of winemaker David. The wine is a real mix of the estate's grapes with no less than 8 varieties used to make this killer Orange/Rose wine. All the white grapes spend 3 days on skins with the Pinot Noir spending 10 days on skins.

With beautifully balanced fruit and mouthwatering acidity. Aromas of raspberry, and cranberry with a dash of orange peel. Delicious!

Domaine Muller-Koeberle, from Alsace (France) sits on the families 27 Hectare estate, and is carefully managed by David and his partner Marianne. Together they have redefined Natural Winemaking in the region and turned the estate into one of the most progressive and biodiverse farms not only in France but the world.
Under their careful guardianship they are now a fully biodynamic and zero/zero grower and have been awarded Demeter certification along with the latest Vin Methode Natural accreditation which is only given to producers where the wines have less than 30mg of naturally occurring sulphur.
With a passion for agroforestry, which encourages biodiversity and cohabitation between the numerous different species and nature in the region, they have implemented measures such as growing fruit trees within the vines to assist with increasing the soils temperature in Winter and providing shade during the summer.
