This approachable orange wine is crafted using a dual technique: two-thirds of the Grenache Blanc is whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel, while the remaining third is destemmed and macerated on its skins for ten days. This balanced approach results in a wine that offers the aromatic lift of orange blossom and stone fruits alongside a light, textural tannin that never overpowers the palate. It is fermented with native yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration, maintaining a vibrant and sun-kissed character.

Château Saint-Cyrgues is located near the village of Saint-Gilles, at the most southerly point of the Rhône Valley where the rocky hills of Provence meet the sandy plains of the Camargue. The estate is built upon the historic ruins of the 17th-century Saint-Cirice des Marges church, a site where monks once treated winemaking as a sacred daily ritual. Today, the father-and-son team of Jean-Pierre and Loïc Ferraud manage the 60-hectare property with a focus on organic viticulture and minimal intervention. Their philosophy centres on transparency and biodiversity, allowing the unique Mediterranean terroir—defined by rolled "galet" stones and cooling sea breezes—to shine through in every bottle.
