White peach • honeysuckle • citrus zest • textured

This highly expressive Languedoc white delivers an appealing bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and zesty citrus. Hand-harvested grapes undergo a gentle pressing followed by a spontaneous ferment using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a vibrant, mouth-watering palate that balances crisp acidity with a beautifully smooth, textured finish.

Château Ollieux Romanis is nestled in the heart of the Pinada massif in the Corbières region of the Languedoc. Led by Pierre Bories, the estate spans historic clay and limestone hillside vineyards deeply exposed to Mediterranean winds, allowing the vines to thrive in a perfectly balanced ecosystem.

The "Lo Petit Fantet d'Hippolyte" range is a tribute to Pierre’s young son, Hippolyte, featuring a whimsical label hand-painted by the boy himself. The range captures the estate's commitment to honest, terroir-driven winemaking—producing characterful cuvées filled with energy, freshness, and a distinct sense of place.
