Too Much TIPA is a collaboration with Distant Lands as part of Project Excess, a joint pleasure in brewing big beers. Baron's first ever TIPA!
Jacks strong beers are of exceptional balance, this little number is no different and took a double mash to get it beefy enough to get the ABV required, with oats and wheat for a sensational mouth feel and a casual hopping rate of 30g/L this is a next level TIPA. Hot side we had Simcoe then DDH with Galaxy, Nectaron & Simcoe for a tropical storm. 🥭🍑🍊

TIPA’s aren’t being made any more due to the new duty rates, you won’t see them around very often as breweries reign back in to keep it under 8.5%… WE SAY NAY!! They may be expensive but they are epic! And with projects like this we will keep them alive and kicking ❤️
