Lager

We’re going to put this out there: there’s a lot more to Lager than beer that is tasteless, pale and fizzy. In fact, Lager was all dark until the invention of Pilsner in the town of Pilsen, Czech Republic in the mid 1800s. If you go to most Eastern European countries, dark Lager is almost as popular as the pale stuff
