The first of the LUX series shines a light on one of the most delicious hops out there, Galaxy. This time in both Pellet & Spectrum format, which is a revolutionary new, fully dispersable liquid hop product. Track have used their pillowy malt base of pilsner, wheat and chit malt which brings soft fullness and a juicy mouthfeel to support and highlight the beautiful hop. You’ll find a huge breadth of flavour and aroma locked into this beer, beginning with a flood of heady passionfruit and lychee before mellowing into sweet melon, mango and peach. The finish is long and smooth with lingering bursts of tropical deliciousness.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
