Infinite Trees is Track's fruity, resinous West Coast IPA. The base is super simple with 100% Pilsner malt bringing crisp, bready clarity of flavour which acts as the perfect base for Strata. This is a hop they’ve used alongside other hops previously but here it shines. Floral notes with grassy freshness and sweet pine nectar are prominent with undertones of freshly cut homegrown and nectarine flesh. Pleasingly bitter, mouthcoating and moreish.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
