Mosaic is a hop Track adore, and it's seen as a classic for good reason. However, of late, they've not used it anywhere near enough as they'd like, so decided to brew a beautifully soft and hazy pale ale, with Mosaic front and centre, backed up with the lesser well known, but still playing a key role in this beer - Waimea & El Dorado. A bright, but dank tangerine start, leads quickly into a nice dry finish making you dive back in for more before you know it.
