Pale Ale w/ Motueka. A single hop pale ale that is a million miles from one-dimensional. Motueka is fabulous for its range of flavour, it's depth, and it's versatility, and this beer showcases everything the hop has to offer. Brewed a beer with a delicate malt base, acting as an ultra pale canvas to let the hops do the talking.

Your first sip gives you an initial hit of punchy, tongue-tingling mojito lime. As this subsides, it transforms into dried tropical fruit and finishes with a delicate minerality that conjures cucumber and white bread sandwiches. You'll want to repeat that process again and again, and at a somewhat sessionable ABV, you can do.
