A long time in the making, Three Hills Brewing have teamed up with imperial stout specialist Damien Doherty of The Emperor’s brewery.
With both breweries being big fans of Mexican food & smoked chillis, a molé inspired beer was born. The base beer has aspects of Three Hills BPAVK base with a few adjustments & small addition of smoked malt. Fermented with mollasses & Demerara sugar for added depth & complexity. Conditioned on Mexican cacao nibs & morita chipotle chillis.
