Taking the much loved Kernel wine barrel aged Saison, this beer was then refermented on Morello cherries from a farming cooperative in Suffolk at a rate of 200g/litre, and a bit of fresh saison. After five months of refermentation, the beer was packaged and aged the bottles for a further six months. Lovely cherry notes and a slightly tart, dry finish make this Biere de Saison a delicious beer.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
