Brewed in collaboration with one of the world's top 100 breweries (Ratebeer.com), Norway's Nøgne Ø, and has hits of gooseberry, peach and mango, so it's absolutely not to be missed.
Raw ale, also known as "no-boil" or "no boil" beer, is beer that is produced from wort that either does not reach boiling temperatures or reaches boiling temperatures only for a short time such that the flavor influence from a traditional boil is minimal during the brewing process.
Signature Brew's head brewer Tom Unwin explains, "The lack of boil in the process gives the beer a massive body as proteins that would normally settle out in the boil are retained. It's heavily hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra giving the gooseberry, peach and mango flavours. There's also generous amounts of wheat and oats to add to the hefty body."
