Craft brewed in Leyton, London, Shrb's zero alcohol beer is uniquely unfermented (unlike many non alcoholic beers which are fermented and alcohol removed after the process). It is made entirely without yeast and alcohol. Instead they rely on age-old prohibition era shrub-making methods using malt vinegar in place of alcohol to bring true-to-life beers with depth's of flavours possibly previously unknown in the world of non-alcoholic beer.
