As with all of Quantum's wines, this is zero/zero, 100% fermented grape juice with no additives. It's an insane blend of wine and grapes from the entire vineyard (around 10 in total) that make up this delicious and juicy rose! The grapes spent just 3 days on skins so there is an added depth of flavour, sitting alongside fresh berry notes of strawberry and raspberry. Grown on granite soil there is a light mineral ending to this amazing wine.
