A Mosaic & Strata Pale Ale. Polly's really digged the idea of bringing those super ripe mango, tangerine and blueberry notes from Mosaic to pair up with those dank weed, passionfruit and strawberry aroma and flavour profiles so unique to Strata. With just a little bit of spice and herbal complexity on the end, and reeled back to a smashable 5.3%, this is a beer perfect for taking in that peak summer sun, and sharing good times with good people.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
