A low abv sparkling mixed culture blood orange sour. Beautifully tart and mega refreshing.

The Pastore range of small beers are perfect for hazy summer day drinking, brewed with a light malt bill consisting of pils malt, wheat and oats, the relatively small quantity of grain means less fermentables and hence the ‘small’ ABV. The beer is fermented with their fresh sour mixed culture of Hornindal Kveik (to produce the alcohol) and Lactobacillus Plantarum (to produce the lovely gentle acidity that Pastore is known for).
