‘Kveik’ is the word for ‘Yeast’ in Norwegian dialect. It is an ancient yeast, popular in Norwegian Farmhouse Ales, known to work well with fruity, tropical hops. The vinous lemon peel & pleasant herbal character from Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc marry nicely with the ripe orange, papaya & grapefruit flavours of Citra and Amarillo.
