This Berliner Weisse was inspired by Orbit's cult classic 'Tzatziki Sour'. A mildly tart sour beer with a hint of fresh basil and yoghurt. A clean, bright, and moreish summer beer.
Pale, warm, and golden in colour, with aromas of basil & lime citrus and a light malt character. Creamy smooth mouthfeel with a mildly tart sourness. Light & dry finish with mellow bitterness & soft to medium carbonation.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
