Wild ale infused with bergamot zest and earl grey tea. A blend of barrels with an average age of 14 months in oak that wsa then moved to stainless steel tank and cold infused with earl grey tea and fresh bergamot zest just prior to packaging. The aroma is incredibly punchy from the fresh bergamot zest, blending orange and lime essential oils. The flavour begins with a crisp tannic bitterness from the earl grey tea that balances beautifully with the light acidity of the base beer. The flavour seamlessly transitions from earl grey to bergamot citrus to peachy stone fruit from the base beer before finally back to a lightly oily earl grey finish.
