Packed with real Rhubarb and Strawberry and fermented with a newly developed yeast, it's a sweet, sour and salty - with just a touch of salt to balance out the flavours. 

The yeast used is called Lachancea from Lallemand. It's a pretty funky new kid on the block and was derived from the backs of bees and wasps! The yeast produces a beautiful mellow sourness along with floral notes.
