A mixed culture golden sour ale fermented with our Goat Wizard blend of microbes, aged on the zest, flesh and juice of Sicilian Lemons, Oranges and Mandarins.
The brewers sourced the highest quality late harvest citrus fruits, directly from the growers bio Agrumi Monasteri, who specialise in organic, sustainable cultivation practices.
The fruit was processed by hand and macerated in tank for over a month during the beers extended conditioning time.
