Gipsy Hill's first-ever Ginger Beer! A much-loved style amongst the team, they’ve been dying to release a spicy crusher – and finally – the day is here. Rhize is brewed with a ridiculous amount of ginger (seriously, it’s like the team thought it was going out of fashion) and packed full of fresh ginger juice and lemon juice on both the hot and cold side. They basically added ginger at every angle. Serving tip - add one final squeeze of fresh lime to really get the summer season started.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
