Meet Cultivator – a banana and clove, hop and wheat-filled sensation. Cultivator is brewed with Cascade and Styrian Wolf on both the hot and cold side and fermented with Heffe 1 yeast. A classic German wheat beer strain, Hefe 1 produces a high level of isoamyl acetate, giving the brew all those lovely banana notes. By balancing the phenol production, this yeast strain also helps to produce clove notes whilst remaining banana forward. A multifaceted brew, Cultivator is hoppy, flowery, bitter, full-bodied, sweet and malty.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
