Gipsy Hill's first barrel aged release; a sour Golden ale fermented in oak barrels.
Primary souring took place in steel and the beer was then racked in French Oak Red & White Wine barrel's for fermentation. Pitched with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria harvested from a selection of Gipsy Hill's favourite sour beers.
2 batches were selectively mixed to form 2 blends, of which is this blend two.
Deeply sour, with a big lemon/lime citrus notes on the palette.
