Dirty Hoppy Farmhouse Ale. A second collaborative beer made with Michelin starred chef Brad Carter. Inspiration for this beer came during a site visit to the hop farm growing a lot of the UKs most promising experimental varieties. During this Dig Brew found wild pineappleweed (a pineapple flavoured relative to camomile) and elderflower. The hops used in this one are Ernest, Jester T45, Harlequin and yet to be named experimental hop CF182.
