Crossover's base golden ale (60%/70% malted barley, 40%/30% raw wheat) spontaneously fermented and aged for 8 months in neutral french oak barrels. The beer was moved out of barrel and onto organic Driscoll Victoria blackberries (from Herefordshire) and organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries (also Herefordshire) in separate tanks. The beer rested on fruit for a total of 5 months before being blended. We blended 3 further components into the beer before packaging. Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned for 6 months on release. Pure summer nostalgia. Jammy sweetness on the nose. The palate reflects this with further notes of wild berries, forest floor and mint. Rounded acidity and confident effervescence.
Fast delivery along with tasting notes for our Ukrainian beers :)
Good to see them reuse packaging too! ♻️
Just great 👍- D Harper
Another flawless purchase from this fantastic company! Ordered a gift box for a friends birthday, delivery was so fast, communications were spot on, and the beer selection was amazing. Couldn't ask for more.
It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
Excellent service all round; the beers arrived the next day and they were all fantastic quality.
I thoroughly recommend indiebeer to anyone seeking the best beers.
Clare and Owen have kept me stocked up throughout the pandemic. Indiebeer has a wide selection of great beers, delivered with care in the local area same day/next day.
Excellent communication, parcel received very quickly and well packaged, brilliant all round A+, quality service
