Something Good is a rotating IPA series at 6.2% where Deya explore new ingredients, techniques and processes with the hope of hitting on something good.
For their 7th iteration, Deya explore a new cellaring process in the aim to reduce some of their conditioning time. Wheat and a touch of biscuit malt make up the malt bill, while copious amounts of Citra backed up by Simcoe creates an avalanche of beautiful hoppiness.
