Cloudwater BA Saison Brut 750ml (7%)

This barrel aged Saison was primary fermented with WLP565 saison yeast then finished with champagne yeast and aged in red wine barrels for 21 months. It was then dry hopped with Galaxy and Ekuanot before bottling, and refermented in bottle with a German Brettanonmyces yeast strain.
