Well rounded and very drinkable chestnut brown ale. Featuring a good helping of oyster mushrooms and a dollop of miso paste. Notes of toffee, caramel, hazelnut, coffee and umami in the background.

It's a fantastic shop and I can't recommend it highly enough. Wonderful selection of beers, regular rotation of what's on tap and lovely helpful staff. If you can't make it in person their delivery options are great, and very quick if you live local. A really nice selection of low to no alcohol beers as well. You'd be a fool to not check it out.
